This event is to pay tribute to all who served with General Sir Harry Chauvel, highlighting ongoing efforts throughout Australia to memorialise these men, their regiments and their units. This Trek will promote awareness of the Light Horse Trail and Light horse history associated to the local towns travelled through during the trek. This will also serve as  a means of raising funds through donations and sponsor ship to complete the Light horse Statue in Wagga Wagga. This event is supported by the General Sir Harry Chauvel Memorial Foundation.
